I purchased a name sign for my son’s nursery and it is absolutely perfect! Only giving 4 stars because the production and shipping time took longer than expected.
The product is beautiful and well made. I had trouble communicating with the shop regarding the preview. I listed a sample for my sign to be made but they said they never got the communication email that I replied to. I send a message through several ways. Since they didn’t get my comments, they sent the sign like the preview even though I didn’t say yes to the preview. We kept asking for a font in all upper case lettering for the middle name and even gave a name of one of their samples to use as a reference. I was sent a sign saying Harper instead of HARPER like we requested from the very beginning and every communication after. The sign is still cute, but we are sad we didn’t get what we requested.
This is my third name sign that I have ordered from Rachel’s Wood Barn! Years ago I found Rachel on Etsy and followed her to her website and I would never order from anyone else! She is super helpful and responds to all questions and concerns! The product is amazing and I love seeing the name signs in my kids’ rooms!
