I’m very sad to write a poor review but want to warn others before purchasing. I have purchased three framed nursery signs and 2/3 were amazing. But this last one… oh man. I’ve emailed in regards to issues and have never received a response. What happened to standing behind the work? She has listed online that she will work with issues. Apparently not? No mock ups sent that would have fixed one of the issues. No hanging rings included so I need to buy them to hang the sign. Besides the mock up fixing a capitalized letter issue, the custom paint color requested was off, and the frame stain was not what I asked. It is provincial or of the liking and not early American as requested. Again, very bummed as the rest of my kids signs were fantastic. This all could have been fixed had the artist contacted me back. Please be careful as not responding to a customer willing to work with you is very upsetting. Would have loved my girls signs to be more matching but alas, not on this one. If you are seeing this Rachel, please just reach out to an email I have sent and I will update or revise my review. I just want assistance to fix the sign I purchased.
